The company has assigned the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee to oversee and monitor operations in accordance with the company’s corporate governance policies and guidelines. The committee is committed to upholding operational standards that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. It is also responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems. Furthermore, the committee regularly monitors the company’s performance in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects, and provides reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors to continuously enhance and improve the corporate governance framework.
