Complaint and Whistleblowing Handling Process

Employee Communication Guidelines

"Employees are regarded as valuable assets of the Company. Therefore, the Company places great importance on fostering a work environment based on mutual trust and respect. Employees are encouraged to communicate their work-related concerns through appropriate channels. They may consult or express their opinions in good faith to management, direct supervisors, the Human Resources department, or the Compliance unit.
